We want you to be happy with CoverArt AI. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.

The Short Version

You have 24 hours from your purchase to request a full refund. After that window, all sales are final.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@coverartai.com within 24 hours of your purchase with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your order or transaction number (found in your receipt)
  • A brief reason for the refund request

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Refund requests received after the 24-hour window will not be honored. Partially used credit packs and subscriptions that have already renewed are also non-refundable after the 24-hour window.

Exceptions

We review all refund requests individually. If you experienced a technical error that prevented you from using the service, or if there was a billing error on our part, contact us even outside the 24-hour window — we'll do our best to make it right.
